Terms of Use
Effective [to be confirmed: effective date] · Version 2026-10-us-v3
These Terms are an agreement between you and N-of-All, run by a physician licensed and established in Switzerland ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. Section 2 matters most; please read it carefully. We are not yet incorporated. The operating company will be a Swiss GmbH; it will be named here, with its registered address, as soon as it is registered.
1. Who can use N-of-All
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may have one account, and it is for you alone. While signup is by invitation, you need an invite code; please keep it to yourself.
2. What N-of-All is, and what it is not
N-of-All is a harm-reduction and information service. You can record your own substance use, effects and lab results, and see statistics pooled from many members' entries.
N-of-All is not medical care.
- Using N-of-All does not create a doctor–patient relationship with anyone. Nobody at N-of-All acts as your doctor.
- N-of-All does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not tell you what to take or how much.
- The information is general. Substance pages, the handbook, warnings and statistics describe what is reported in published sources or by members. They are not advice about your own situation.
- Tools work only with what they are given. The reconstitution calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter; it cannot check the product, its real content or your syringe. Dose-range notes compare an entry with the ranges we have on record, and those ranges are what studies or members reported, not recommended or safe doses. Interaction and organ-load flags come from a limited reference set, so the absence of a flag does not mean a combination is safe. Safety questionnaires record symptoms; they do not assess them.
- Statistics are observational. They describe what people reported. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or biased, and they do not show that a substance caused anything.
- Community safety statistics are reviewed by a physician licensed in Switzerland. That review is about population-level statistics, not about you. It is not medical advice or a medical service, and the reviewer is not licensed to practise medicine in the United States.
- Decisions about your health are yours, ideally made with a clinician who knows your situation.
N-of-All is not an emergency service. Nobody watches entries in real time. That includes your answers about mood and self-harm: they show you crisis contacts, but they alert no one.
- Emergency numbers: 911 in the US, 144 (ambulance) in Switzerland, 112 in the EU.
- In the US, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline takes calls and texts, free, around the clock. In Switzerland, Die Dargebotene Hand is on 143.
3. Substances and the law
Many substances people record here are unapproved, prescription-only, controlled or banned in sport, and they can cause serious harm. N-of-All does not sell, supply or source any substance, product or vendor, and it does not recommend, endorse or encourage their use. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. What we show about legal, regulatory or anti-doping status may be incomplete or out of date.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself: your password, the device that holds your passkey, and your recovery codes. Tell us at [to be confirmed: privacy email] if you think someone else has used your account. If your account has no email address and you lose both your passkey and your recovery codes, we have no way to let you back in.
Please give honest information, and in particular choose the region you actually live in, because it decides which privacy protections and features apply to you.
5. Your data
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. In short:
- Your entries are yours. You allow us to store, process and analyse them to run N-of-All, to produce community safety statistics, and to use those statistics in reports and research, as those policies describe.
- After deletion. If you delete your data or your account, your past side-effect reports and substance-use entries are moved to a random ID with no link to you and stay in the shared safety data. You allow us to keep using them in that deidentified form, without time limit, for safety analysis and for the aggregate statistics, reports and research described in our policies. Deleting your account ends your sharing from that moment; it does not withdraw statistics that were already shown or published.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything for them.
6. What you must not do
- Enter information about other people: names, contact details or anything else that identifies them.
- Name, contact, rate or promote sellers, sources or vendors anywhere except in a batch report (section 7a), or use N-of-All to buy, sell or arrange substances.
- Submit fake, automated, duplicate or misleading entries, or try to skew the community statistics.
- Scrape or copy N-of-All at scale, reverse-engineer it, overload it, or probe its security without our written permission.
- Impersonate anyone, harass anyone, or use N-of-All for anything unlawful.
7. Keeping the community data honest
To protect everyone's statistics, we may leave out of them, without notice, any entries we reasonably believe are not genuine. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If we close your account, we handle your data as our privacy policies describe.
7a. Product warnings
N-of-All may show warnings about products: official enforcement records that name a seller, linked to the official document, and summaries of batch test results that members sent in and a physician checked. These are facts with their source. They are not ratings, they are not complete, and a seller or product that is not listed has not been checked.
If you send a batch report, it must describe a real test by an independent lab, accurately. We may decline a report, or publish only part of it in our own factual wording.
If you are named in a warning and believe it is wrong, write to [to be confirmed: legal email], and we will look at it again.
8. Availability and beta features
N-of-All is under active development. During the beta in particular, features may change, break or be removed, and data may occasionally need to be entered again. We do not promise that the service will be available at any particular time, or that any feature will continue to exist.
9. Fees
N-of-All is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will explain the price and terms before you can buy anything.
10. Our content
The N-of-All app, its design and text, the substance library, the handbook and our analyses belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, republish or sell them without our permission.
The substance library and the handbook are compiled from published sources and reviewed, but they may contain errors and are not updated in real time.
11. Links and third-party content
N-of-All links to and summarises material from others, such as research articles, regulators' pages and crisis services. We do not control that material and are not responsible for it.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using N-of-All and delete your data or your account at any time in Account → Delete my data. Sections 5, 7a, 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 19 continue to apply after your account ends.
13. Disclaimer
N-of-All is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that information on N-of-All is correct, complete or current, or that any substance, dose or combination is safe.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to N-of-All is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [to be confirmed: liability cap].
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct, or any right or remedy you have under privacy, consumer-protection or data-security laws, such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. Some places do not allow some of these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, if someone brings a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it. This does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by us.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect, and you will need to accept them to keep using N-of-All. Changes never apply to disputes that arose before them.
17. Disputes
First, talk to us. Before starting any formal claim, write to [to be confirmed: legal email] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
[to be confirmed: how disputes are resolved (counsel decision: arbitration or courts)]
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed: governing law], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer and privacy laws of the place where you live.
19. General
These Terms and our privacy policies are the whole agreement between us about N-of-All. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a successor who takes over N-of-All and agrees to keep our privacy commitments. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
